What size of cake will I need?

When placing an order, consider how many people you’d like the cake to ideally feed. This is how our baker decides how tall and/or wide to make your cake. When completing the order process you will be given the option to choose this based on the most popular size ranges. If this doesn’t meet your requirements please feel free to drop us a message.

How do I best store my cake or cupcakes?

All buttercream frosted cakes should be kept refrigerated (especially in hot weather), but we do recommend leaving them at room temperature for approx. 45 minutes before serving.

Fondant covered cakes should be kept in a cool dry area, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Cupcakes ideally should be kept in a cool, dry area, away from heat and direct sunlight.

We guarantee all cakes and cupcakes are always freshly baked for each customers order. And have a shelf life of 5 days when stored correctly.

Can I request a specific flavour that isn’t available online?

Our current range of flavours have been tested and perfected by our baker and they are without a doubt the most popular of any flavours we have offered.

However we aim to please and are always happy to accommodate a request from any customer. Either contact us on our socials or send us a message through our enquiry page.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible to make any changes to an existing order. We require at least two working days notice prior to your requested order date, to either make changes or cancel an order.

How should I transport my cake?

Always carry the boxed cake with 2 hands placed flat under the box. All cakes should be stored on a flat and level surface when being transported. The best place is the footwell of the passenger seat in a car. The next best option is boot of the car, as long as there is space and nothing that can knock or damage the cake.

We suggest that the cake should NOT be stored on a car seat, or held by a passenger.

Can I personalise my order?

Simple answer is Yes. You can personalise your cake in any way you like. We create completely bespoke cakes that are tailored to your choice. Just simply send us a message through our enquiry page above and tell us exactly what you have in mind.

The same goes for Cupcakes. You will be asked for the details once you choose your box size and flavours.

How do I order online?

To order cupcakes or traybakes, it takes a few simple steps. Click the ‘Order’ tab at the top of the page, select standard, personalised cupcakes or traybakes. And follow the drop down selections, then add the items to your basket. You will be prompted to fill in your payment details and your order will be processed.

To order a cake, simply select cakes in the ‘Order’ page. Choose the occasion, follow the drop down selections for your flavour and size and fill in any personalised details that you may require for your order. If you have any photos or specific requirements for the design, please feel free to send us those as well.

Once your order has been sent to us, we will confirm the order and the date it has been requested for. On the occasion that your date is not available, we will contact you accordingly.
